Orthopedic Sales Manager

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above Majoring in Medical, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or another related field. 5 years solid experience in handling Orthopedic products. Familiar with Orthopedic market and its business process. Intermediate English speaking and writing skills. good presentation and negotiation skills, self-motivated, great teamwork spirit. Domicile in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target. Develop sales channels and expand market coverage. Maintain sound relationship with customers (hospitals, surgeons, KOL, distributors). Organize and attend seminar, conferences, workshop and exhibitions of orthopedics products. Prepare market and competitor analysis in Indonesia region, create innovative sales and market plans to match company's yearly target. Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases. Troubleshoot and apply independent judgment to respond to orthopedic physician needs.
