IT Operations & Process Improvement Executive

Monitor daily system operations and proactively raise any issues that arise.

Support issue handling, troubleshooting, and coordination with Tech or Ops.

Conduct field visits and deliver user training (including out-of-town training).

Assist in implementing new features, processes, or workflows.

Prepare and update SOPs and supporting documentation.

Perform data checks and light RCA for recurring issues.

Requirements

Min Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s in IT, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in IT support or warehouse operations.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong operational understanding and willingness to learn systems quickly.

Good communication skills and the ability to conduct training.

Able to work onsite and adapt to dynamic warehouse environments.
