Recruitment Staff

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.

Maintain and update the candidate database for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Publish job vacancies through various platforms such as job portals, social media, and university networks.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment;

experience in a recruitment agency is a plus .

Strong understanding of interview techniques and selection methods.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and good administrative abilities.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
