General Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales (fresh graduates are welcome) Internship or project-based experience in hotel management is a plus Basic knowledge of OTA, platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, etc) Familiarity with hotel channel managers Understanding of hotel PMS (Guestpro preferred) Detail oriented, good communication and coordination skills Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken)
