Your Role in this Journey

Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording and posting transactions in the accounting system

Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations for accounts such as cash, receivables, payables, inventory, and fixed assets

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring all journal entries are properly recorded

Coordinate with external auditors by providing required schedules, supporting documents, and explanations during interim and year-end audits

Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and group accounting policies

Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records to ensure completeness and audit readiness

Liaise with other departments to gather supporting information for financial transactions and ensure accurate posting

Support internal control implementation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Assist in ad-hoc tasks, reports, or special projects as assigned by Accounting manager

Who We’re Excited to Meet

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting or bookkeeping; experience in a multinational company or shared services environment is an advantage

Experience supporting external audits is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

High level of integrity and commitment to deadlines

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry setting.

Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and general accounting principles

Solid understanding of financial operations, banking procedures, and local payment regulations.

Excellent communication skills in English.
