About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join our team at PT Bintang Cikande Jaya, a fast growing company in Recycling Industry, Industrial Park and Mining Company. As an Accounting specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and accounting processes. This full‑time position is based in PIK, North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Maintaining general ledger accounts and reconciling bank statements

Performing month‑end and year‑end closing procedures

Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

Providing support and guidance to the finance team

Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of accounting operations

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices

Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
