The Role
As a Strategic AE, you are the tip of the spear for the European market. This is a \"Founding\" sales motion where you will partner directly with the RVP and Founders to architect the GTM playbook.
You will navigate high-stakes, multi-stakeholder cycles within highly regulated sectors (FinServ, Manufacturing, Pharma). With
average landing deals of €250k
and a clear path to 7-figure enterprise-wide expansions, you will be responsible for translating complex AI infrastructure into measurable business ROI for the C-Suite.
Responsibilities
Market Development:
Hunt and secure Tier-1 accounts in a \"greenfield\" territory with no established playbook.
Complex Orchestration:
Lead the sales motion across IT, Security, and Business units within the Global 2000.
Strategic Advisory:
Position the \"Buy vs. Build\" value prop to help CTOs avoid the technical debt of building AI from scratch.
Account Architecture:
Design multi-year growth strategies to move from initial pilot to total enterprise adoption.
Your Experience
8+ Years in Enterprise Sales:
A consistent track record of smashing quotas within the Fortune 500/1000 space.
$1M+ ACV History:
You have personally closed and managed individual deals exceeding the €1M mark.
Domain Expertise:
Background in Data Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or AI/ML (you sell \"Under-the-hood\" tech, not just apps).
Startup DNA:
You’ve thrived in early-stage environments or were a key player in the early \"scale\" phase of a firm like Snowflake or Palantir.
Sales Excellence:
High proficiency in frameworks like
MEDDICC
or
Challenger Sales .
DACH Nuance:
Deep experience navigating the regulatory and cultural landscape of the DACH region.
