Executive Assistant

to provide direct support to our Director. This role requires someone who can operate with professionalism, maturity, and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless execution of daily business activities. The ideal candidate has strong international exposure, excellent command of English, and the ability to manage complex tasks with precision. Multilingual ability and experience in high-level executive support will be strong advantages. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience assisting C-level / senior leadership (mandatory) Fluent and polished in English – verbal and written Additional foreign languages are a strong advantage Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to work under pressure, manage tight timelines, and adapt to dynamic situations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence Coordinate internal and external meetings, including follow-ups and action item tracking Support communication between the Director and stakeholders across departments and external partners Conduct research, gather data, and summarize information for decision-making Assist in planning company events, visits, and business engagements Maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive information and strategic projects Act as a representative of the Director when needed
