Project Manager

Botani Bar is a landscape design & build studio working on residential and lifestyle-driven outdoor spaces. We manage projects where design, plants, materials, and timelines must move together, smoothly.

We’re looking for a

Project Manager

who can bring structure, clarity, and calm execution to every project.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end landscape projects from design approval to handover

Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and on-site workers

Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and work schedules

Ensure design intent is executed accurately on site

Monitor progress, quality, and problem‑solving during installation

Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines and updates

Prepare basic project reports and documentation

Qualifications

Experience as a Project Manager in construction, interior, landscape, or related fields

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Comfortable working on-site and handling multiple projects

Ability to read basic drawings / plans and understand technical workflows

Calm under pressure, solution‑oriented, and detail‑driven

Good communication skills (clients, vendors, internal team)
