Tax Team Leader – InCorp Indonesia About the role

InCorp Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Team Leader to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta. As a Tax Team Leader, you will work under direct supervisor of Tax Assistant Manager and lead your own small team, while also playing a crucial role in ensuring the company's tax compliance and strategic planning. With a focus on taxation, this full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the organization's financial success and growth.

What you’ll be doing

Reconcile tax slip WHT 23 and 4(2) and other WHT deducted by clients with General Ledger

Follow up to PIC or clients for discrepancy or under payment

Reconcile VAT return and sales

Maintain revenue and expenses related to revenue that has been deducted with final tax

Reconcile general ledger with expenses that requires WHT to be withheld (incl. WHT art 21 of employees)

Transfer pricing document preparation

CIT return preparation and submission

Review monthly tax reporting (VAT and all WHT)

What we’re looking for

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a tax‑related role, preferably in the consulting industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Strong knowledge of VAT and Withholding Tax reporting

Experience in handling SP2DK or tax audit is highly preferred

Brevet A & B certified (mandatory); USKP is a plus

Proficient in Indonesian tax reporting systems (DJP Online and Coretax)

Experience from a consulting company or in‑house, preferably with exposure to handling a group holding
