Finance Officer

Assist the procurement team in the financial aspects of purchasing goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Manage and process employee claims and reimbursements accurately and promptly.

Maintain and verify the accuracy of vendor and customer registration details in the system.

Support the input and processing of revenue generated from walk-in customers.

Contribute to the monthly closing process, specifically by preparing documentation and journals for accruals.

Provide daily operational support to the Finance and Accounting team, assisting with various day-to-day tasks and handling ad-hoc requests as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Audit (in-house/firm agency), open for any industry.

Strong proficiency in SAP, experience in Oracle is highly preferable.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
