Role Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager (Server) is responsible for planning, activating, and coordinating AMD-led marketing activities across Server & Cloud business segments. The role reports to the APJ Server Marketing Lead and focuses on driving OEM-branded system growth through channel and ISV partnerships, executing go-to-market strategies, and nurturing reseller and distributor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional marketing for Server Branded Systems and Components, focusing on OEM‑branded system growth.
Design and implement strategic go‑to‑market plans to accelerate adoption of EPYC‑based platforms.
Coordinate engagement with OEM, ODM, and SI partners at key events, especially in Telco and Cloud sectors.
Collaborate with GTM and Business Unit teams to deliver channel marketing initiatives and standard program templates.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver targeted marketing content that nurtures reseller and distributor engagement.
Build and sustain relationships with key server stakeholders across product, marketing, OEM, and sales functions within priority accounts.
Align and execute regional and centrally driven marketing programs in close coordination with Sales and Corporate Marketing teams.
Oversee forecasting, planning, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including AMD VIR programs.
Work with the APAC Regional OEM Marketing team to roll out OEM‑specific programs through key distributors and channel partners.
Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure quality assurance and control across all deliverables.
Deliver post‑campaign debriefs and quarterly incentive program reports, including ROI analysis and performance insights.
Develop and manage content nurturing streams and execute integrated marketing activations—ranging from digital (e.g., SEM, media buys, webinars) to physical (e.g., OOH activations, events, account days).
Demonstrate a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience delivering world‑class channel/field marketing programs in the APAC region.
Experience in the semiconductor, CE, IT, or online/event‑focused marketing industry.
Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Copywriting and/or graphic design experience preferred.
Strong project‑management skills working with cross‑functional teams and partners.
Deep knowledge of server hardware marketing, with experience in Cloud, Telco, Security, AI, and manufacturing topics.
Experience developing and activating GTM strategies leveraging ODM, SI, Reseller, and distribution partner relationships.
Willingness to travel minimum 30% for customer meetings and partner activities.
B2B Account‑Based Marketing experience, including lead‑generation journey and pipeline integration with Sales.
Team‑player attitude with an optimistic, can‑do mindset.
