Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, UAE hours

Employment Setup:

Contract, initial 1 year can be extended

What You’ll Do

Act as the go-to data expert for your assigned product/business unit.

Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that inform product and business strategy.

Design and evaluate A/B tests, experiments, and segmentation strategies.

Present clear, concise findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs and performance metrics.

Build automated dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making.

Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and improvements.

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of analytics-focused experience, ideally with some background in engineering or data.

Strong skills in

SQL , data analysis, and visualization.

Hands‑on experience with

A/B testing ,

segmentation ,

experimentation , and

modelling .

Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders.

Self‑starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Product or tech company experience is

highly preferred .

Familiarity with tools like

Tableau, Looker, Python, R, Spark, Hive

is a strong plus.
