Production Manager

About the role

As a Production Manager at PT Tasblock Industry Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in Cikande, Banten, and involves managing the production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. What you'll be doing

Develop and implement production plans to meet sales and customer requirements Manage and coordinate the production team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity Optimize production processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs Monitor and report on key production metrics, such as output, cycle time, and waste Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment What we're looking for

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing for plastic products industry Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and control techniques Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and critical thinking skills Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Familiarity with production management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical or a related field About us
