Rize currently operates in Indonesia and Vietnam and plans to expand further within the region.
Position Overview
The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting Rize’s growth by identifying and hiring top talent across Indonesia. This role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—while ensuring candidates align with our culture, values, and business needs. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers, maintain strong pipelines, and support employer‑branding initiatives to strengthen Rize’s presence in the talent market.
Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and maintain recruitment pipelines.
Share market insights (e.g., talent availability, salary trends, common offer structures in startups) to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
Tackle challenges constructively by sharing thoughtful recommendations and alternative approaches to hiring managers to expedite decision making.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to ensure alignment with skills and Rize’s Core Values.
Manage employee manpower registration and mandatory reporting to the local Disnaker, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for both employees and candidates.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Contribute to broader HR initiatives beyond recruitment—such as onboarding & training, employee engagement, employer branding, HR operations, and process improvement projects—when support is needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1‑2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations, preferably in a startup environment.
Working knowledge of compensation structures and current startup salary trends.
Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and social media for talent sourcing.
Experience recruiting talents in the agricultural space is a plus.
Preferably experienced in or familiar with the agriculture industry.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the region when needed.
