Human Capital Associate

Responsibilities

Monitor and oversee activities of Human Resource Officers to ensure smooth operations. Develop and refine the Company's Organizational Structure. Ensure alignment and monitor implementation of Company Policies. Manage and monitor the development of Job Descriptions across departments. Track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational success. Help organize training sessions and professional development initiatives. Contribute to developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures. Ensure policies are communicated effectively and understood by all employees. Requirements

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Human Capital, Human Resources, Human Capital Business Partner, Organization Development or any related field. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or any related major. Minimum GPA of 3.25. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with processes in Human Resources business processes.
