About the Role: We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our Indonesia B2B marketing strategy and local marketing team, driving growth across enterprise and education segments.

This person will work closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns, while also managing a team of marketers and collaborators on the ground. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on experience in B2B marketing and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive measurable results, and localize global strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Team Management

Lead and manage the local marketing team in Indonesia, providing direction, support, and performance coaching.

Build and grow a high‑performing team aligned with ELSAs brand and business goals.

Collaborate closely with the regional leadership to shape Indonesia’s marketing roadmap.

B2B Marketing Execution

Own and execute all B2B marketing efforts for Indonesia, focused on lead generation and brand awareness.

Align with the Business Development team to support the sales pipeline and build strong enterprise/education partnerships.

Plan and manage online/offline marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.

Coordinate impactful webinars, workshops, and events for client engagement

Manage PR activities, influencer partnerships, and social media to enhance brand presence

Localize content and campaign assets to resonate with the Indonesian market

Develop marketing collateral, landing pages, and lead magnets tailored to B2B prospects

Launch and optimize email marketing campaigns in partnership with the global demand generation team

Analytics & Optimization

Set KPIs and track campaign performance using

HubSpot ,

Google Analytics , and other analytics tools.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance to maximize ROI and lead conversion.

Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with global standards but optimized for local needs.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 2+ years managing a team

Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing strategies, including SEM, paid social, content, email, events, PR, and organic growth

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow high‑performing teams

Hands‑on experience with

HubSpot ,

Google Ads , social platforms, and performance analytics

Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and improve marketing outcomes

Experience in a high‑growth SaaS, EdTech, or startup environment is a plus

Passion for education and a desire to drive real‑world impact through technology
