Responsibilities Customer

Ensure regular and effective communication with senior management of key customers through visits and performance reviews.

Take corrective actions, when necessary, to ensure DHL meets agreed KPI and provides the best DHL services to these customers.

Support the BD Manager in strategy development and implementation with close collaboration with other functional groups within the Country, Area, Region, and Network.

Stakeholders

Country Manager – Liaise in the planning process to develop the Annual Business Plan, monthly rolling sales forecasts, and monitor performance against targets, taking corrective actions where necessary.

Regional Team – Work closely to cultivate and penetrate existing and potential customers.

Regional APAC Team – Actively participate in developing and implementing strategies and solutions harmonized across the Asia Pacific Region.

Other functional groups – Work closely to ensure sales plans are effectively supported and motivate teams to deliver required services, growing business profitably while tracking environmental changes.

Requirements Divisional Experience

Solid understanding of logistics supply chain or third‑party logistics.

Demonstrated experience in leading sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

Experience managing key customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Functional Experience

Solid knowledge and experience in Sales, Business Development and Solutions Design.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in the same function.

Geographical Experience

Understanding of local market and industry trends.

Exposure to regional and global alignment.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or production is preferable.
