Team Leadership & Productivity:

Lead and organize a high-performing operational team, focusing on efficiency and issue resolution. Asset Management & Best Practices:

Oversee asset management, ensuring adherence to quality standards and industry best practices. Process & Equipment Optimization:

Implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization of plant processes and equipment. Technical Leadership & Performance Monitoring:

Provide technical leadership, ensuring power plant, WTP, WWTP performance aligns with operational goals, regulations, and contracts. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Work with Senior Management on business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff through knowledge transfer initiatives.

Mandatory requirement: Min

15 years of experience in a power plant; Min

10 years managing Coal Boiler & Steam Turbine for power generation ; Min

5 years managing WTP, WWTP; Willing to work in Dumai, Riau .
