As a Relationship Officer, you will: Actively look into customer needs and assist them in obtaining financial assistance across the entire BCA product line Create new customer leads and preserve positive connections by developing rapport and empathy Analyze potential borrowers' creditworthiness

This position is for you if you: Hold a diploma Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field Are not married and willing not to get married during training Are willing to undergo an official bond after training Are interested in marketing or business field and passionate in the field of entrepreneurship Oriented to targets and goals Capable of executing the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation
