to strengthen our presence across the Indonesia.

What you will do As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing Arctech’s commercial strategy and driving business growth across Indonesia. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new customers and opportunities, and delivering value-driven s olutions to leading developers, EPCs, and IPPs. Your main responsibilities will include: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Arctech’s market share in Indonesia. Manage the full sales process from lead generation and technical engagement to contract negotiation and closing. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project teams to provide tailored solutions. Represent Arctech at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to management.

What you bring Master in Bahasa, excellent in English Proven track record in B2B sales within the

renewable energy, solar, or infrastructure

industries. Strong understanding of market and project development, energy storage system. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a multicultural environment. Based in Jakarta, with availability to travel across Indonesia as required.
