Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in daily operational activities
Supervise and support staff to ensure high performance
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and discipline
Help achieve sales targets and control operational costs
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards
Prepare daily and monthly reports
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, POS system)
