As Chief Financial Officer at Honest, you will lead the company’s financial strategy and capital structure, playing a pivotal role in optimizing our resources for rapid growth. We are seeking a proven financial leader with deep expertise in complex securitization structures and debt capital market transactions, coupled with the operational acumen to guide a high-growth fintech through scale. Your Role and Responsibilities

Capital Markets & Securitization Lead the structuring, execution, and management of securitizations, syndicated facilities, and other complex debt capital market transactions.

Develop innovative financing structures to optimize cost of capital, liquidity, and risk management.

Maintain direct relationships with banks, global debt funds, and other key market participants.

Strategic Financial Leadership Own the company’s capital allocation strategy, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and regulatory requirements.

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape growth, corporate strategy, and scenario planning.

Financial Operations & Governance Oversee all finance functions, including financial planning & analysis, treasury, accounting, and tax.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, financial regulations, and investor reporting obligations.

Implement systems and processes for scalable, data-driven financial management.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles in high-growth credit fintech, and debt capital markets.

Deep expertise in

securitization structures, structured finance, liability management and complex debt transactions

across multiple jurisdictions.

Proven ability to originate, structure, and close large-scale financing deals.

Strong strategic thinking skills, with a track record of scaling finance functions in high-growth environments.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with credibility among top-tier financial institutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
