Job Description Summary The Clinical Applications Specialist CT focuses on supporting the clinical training and use of GEHC CT systems. The Applications Specialist may work individually at an account and as part of a One GE Healthcare team. He or she is responsible for supporting customer training for CT products, providing product and sales support, driving proactive customer engagement in the post‑sales process, and coordinating the customer experience throughout the life cycle of GE products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop training plans with customers to ensure competency and high NPS.

Coordinate delivery of customer training with Service/Sales groups.

Support sales activities in the region (congresses, demos, advanced application visits, etc.).

Execute on‑site delivery targets to realize revenue while managing travel budget.

Conduct pre‑sales demonstrations of GE CT products, workstations and applications.

Create evidence and customer demonstration data for upselling features and applications.

Serve as a recognized expert in product/clinical technical competencies; answer software and clinical questions.

Support market growth initiatives (tradeshows, demos, image quality collection, clinical sites).

Analyze and solve problems; produce well‑written post‑training reports and product feedback.

Improve customer satisfaction and retention through continuing education and equipment optimization.

Assist sales teams with strategies using market and product knowledge.

Communicate effectively with sales/marketing/service teams, maintaining customer profiles and key decision makers.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality processes, providing support to CT customers both locally and regionally.

Quality Specific Goals

Apply all Global Privacy and Anti‑Competition Policies, including GE Healthcare HIPPA guidelines and relevant regulations.

Adhere to all Environmental Health Policies and GEHC Quality Manual and systems; complete all training on time.

Identify and report quality or compliance concerns; take corrective action promptly.

Drive continuous improvement of related processes, work instructions, and procedures to simplify the Quality Management System.

Required Qualifications

Graduation or post‑graduation in medical imaging technology or equivalent, with relevant CT experience and compliance with local regulatory authority for X‑ray usage.

Comfortable working in a physician and clinical/patient care environment.

Actively certified in CT clinical/technical competencies for live patient scanning.

Demonstrated current basic and advanced clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms.

3–5 years of clinical/technical experience after certification, with strong computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel extensively within the specified geographic region, nationwide sales meetings, and tradeshows.

Fluent in English; local language and additional languages are an advantage.

Willingness and ability to travel to meet customers and internal GE requirements.

Background check required if operating a GE owned/leased vehicle for company business.
