Technical Support and Training Specialist (Commercial Vehicles) BYD Indonesia is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Technical Support and Training Specialist for Commercial Vehicles. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for on-site technical assistance and training, ensuring our dealers and teams have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on technical support for our commercial vehicles at dealer sites and customer locations.

Diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions to keep our vehicles running smoothly.

Design and conduct interactive training sessions for dealer networks and internal teams.

Create engaging training materials, user guides, and technical documentation.

Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies and share insights with your team.

Work closely with engineering, product, and customer service teams to address technical challenges.

Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve our support services.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

At least 3 years in technical support or training roles, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.

Excellent presentation and communication abilities in Indonesian and English.

Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Comfortable working in dynamic environments and open to travel.

A keen interest in automotive technology and continuous learning.

Detail‑oriented with strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
