Process Engineer Specialist (EXPAT) #Geothermal

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ process/ chemical engineering

Minimum 15 years experiences in related function (Geothermal Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

Design and optimize processes related to the project, ensuring that they are efficient, cost‑effective, and meet technical and safety standards.

Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and specify equipment and materials required for the process

Use process simulation software to model, analyse, and predict process behavior, helping to identify improvements or potential issues before implementation.

Ensure that the simulation results align with the project’s requirements and provide valuable insights for decision making.

Ensure that all processes are designed, implemented, and operated in compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Conduct hazard analysis (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA) to identify and mitigate risks associated with process systems and propose safety improvements.

Provide technical support during the operation phase by troubleshooting process‑related issues, analysing causes of deviations, and implementing corrective actions.

Work with other specialists to resolve operational problems that may arise during commissioning, startup, and ongoing operations.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of process systems to ensure they are operating at optimal levels.

Prepare reports on process performance, identifying areas for improvement, recommending changes, and tracking key performance indicators throughout the project lifecycle
