About the role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT PANCA UTAMA ASIA.

What you'll be doing Accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable, account receivable, and general ledger entries

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure the integrity of the company's financial records

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in a timely and accurate manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support decision-making

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies

Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and procedures

What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the financial services or manufacturing industry; fresh graduate are welcome

Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations

Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Accurate)

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively

Proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
