Job Description
Managing Fit – Out Process from early stage till handover
Supporting the Lease Department, taking part in negotiations with tenants
Meeting with tenant to assess their needs and requirement, create mood board and/or material sample and coordinate with tenant during construction / renovation process
Handling tenant's technical questions, preparing Fit Out calculations
Developing design, coordinating the work of external architect
Coordinate between design, procurement, production, and site team to ensure the project always be progressing on schedule
Ensuring information flow between Tenants, Procurement, Lease, Building Management
Liaison and supervise the workman/technician/sub-contractor/distribution for the commencement and during the time of the construction/renovation
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Architect
At least 5 years of working experience as
Fit Out Coordinator / Tenant Fit Out
at Property Development in Apartment / Mall / Office Building
Good in Developing Construction & Interior Design
Proficient to use Ms Office, Auto CAD, and read construction drawing
Experience in managing Fit-Out work in
(category A) office buildings
Experience in preparing project (Fit Out process), cost calculations
Experience with handling clients, and/or managing design and/or supervising construction
Experience in international working environment
