STORE OPERATION MANAGER / DIRECTOR

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Store Operation Manager to join our growing team at PT Shangyang Technology Indonesia. As the Store Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores across multiple locations in Jakarta. This is a full-time position based in our North Jakarta headquarters.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and coordinate the operations of our retail stores to ensure efficient and consistent customer service

Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, productivity and profitability

Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and loss prevention across all store locations

Provide leadership, coaching and training to store-level teams to drive sales and enhance the customer experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues

Monitor and analyse store-level data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety regulations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store operations management, preferably in the consumer products industry

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams

Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store-level profitability

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Familiarity with retail industry regulations and best practices

Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools
