We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our successful Indonesia Sales team, based in Jakarta or surrounding cities. You will win revenue from: i) IoT customers directly, ii) by working closely with MNOs, and iii) through distributors/SIs. We guarantee FAE, product, engineering, internal sales, and customer success teams will provide excellent support to you and your customers will enjoy the best quality products and support in the industry. We believe that your background is in a similar position with experience from Philippines customers, knowing MNOs/MVNOs and the IoT OEM market. You need to be a true team player who always cares to win business, loves selling, and meeting customers; a great communicator who can establish tight relations with customers and MNOs. You should be self-driven and capable of overโachieving targets in an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities
Creating new opportunities, visiting customers directly, promoting and selling Quectel products and services for the IoT market.
Establishing, enhancing, and maintaining relationships with MNOs so they recommend Quectel products to their customers.
Experience with CRM tools.
Strong sense of urgency and experience in deadline-driven roles.
Self-driven with strong motivation, relationship-building, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in selling connectivity and ODM services to MNOs, IoT OEMs, and/or MSPs/SIs.
Experience in ODM and connectivity businesses (e.g., SIM connectivity, PAAS/SAAS, PCBA and/or turnkey solutions).
Aggressive hunting style sales with a proven track record of sales revenue.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build, enhance and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
Self-starter with the ability to think innovatively and work independently.
Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate across cultures and nationalities.
Drive and commitment to achieve personal and company goals.
3-10 years of experience in electronics wireless industries (preferably wireless applications, SIM connectivity and PAAS/SAAS platform).
Strong interest in IoT applications and factory automation.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and good written and verbal communication.
Fluent in English and local languages (written and oral).
Willingness to travel regularly to customer premises.
