About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the data management sector. In this role, you will contribute to supporting the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and maintenance of our Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) platform, ensuring customer golden records are processed accurately, operational workflows run reliably, and data quality issues are identified and resolved quickly.
Responsibilities
Monitor daily Profisee jobs, matching/merging processes, exception queues, and data ingestion workflows.
Investigate and resolve data quality issues, exceptions, and load failures; escalate technical issues to the MDM Engineer as needed.
Track and triage operational incidents, ensuring timely root-cause analysis and remediation.
Review and validate customer records requiring stewardship intervention (duplicates, conflicts, incomplete data).
Support execution of data quality rules, profiling routines, and data validations within Profisee.
Publish and update operational dashboards, KPIs, and quality scorecards.
Execute routine operational tasks such as manual match reviews, hierarchy updates, and stewardship workflow approvals.
Maintain runbooks, operational SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and integration process documentation.
Support UAT and regression testing for platform releases and rule changes.
Work closely with the MDM Engineer to improve automation, optimize match rules, and reduce manual intervention.
Partner with Data Governance to operationalize stewardship processes and ensure adherence to standards.
Provide insights to the MDM Product Owner to enhance backlog prioritization, SLA definitions, and service improvements.
Requirements
2–4 years' experience in data operations, data quality, or stewardship roles.
Familiarity with Profisee or another MDM platform (Reltio, Informatica, Atacama, Semarchy).
Experience monitoring and supporting data pipelines, matching/merging processes, and master data workflows.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets to investigate discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to spot data anomalies quickly.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Experience with customer data, CRM systems, or Customer 360 programs.
Exposure to Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, or similar data integration technologies.
Background in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare).
Experience working with data governance or data quality frameworks.
Salary & Benefits (Optional)
Competitive salary based on experience. Benefits include health coverage, training, and flexible remote work opportunities.
