Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or campaign management (preferably F&B/retail).
Strong market analysis and consumer insight skills.
Experienced in planning, executing, and evaluating online/offline marketing activities.
Able to lead teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Good understanding of brand communication, CRM, and digital marketing.
Proficient with digital marketing & analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Creative, proactive, and strong in problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Description
Develop and execute annual marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and sales.
Plan, supervise, and evaluate promotional, seasonal, and product launch campaigns.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and outlet performance to identify growth opportunities.
Manage CRM initiatives and loyalty programs to increase customer retention.
Collaborate with operations, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective campaign performance (ROI).
Lead and mentor the marketing team in daily activities.
Build partnerships with vendors, media partners, and KOLs/influencers.
Ensure all promotional materials comply with brand guidelines.
Analyze campaign results and provide regular reports to management.
