Renovation Supervisor - SPX Express (Jakarta)

Job Description

Provide supervision and coordination support for the construction process, job-site safety and all administrative requirements Check and distribute drawing plan Overseeing the pre-construction and construction process to comply with the agreed timeline Visiting project sites to identify risks and ensure all project staff comply with quality and safety requirements Responsible for handover site process from the landlord to the contractor, as well as to the operation division Prepare and provide documents related construction activity (fitting out form, fitting out deposit, etc) Support other project duties and supervise team according to requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Minimum 2 years experience in Engineering / Architecture / Design Interior Experienced in handling retail construction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Able to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadline Ability to bridge between owner and contractor Expert with design tools (AutoCAD) Familiar with MEP Installation Placement in Sunter, but willing to travel on frequent site visits (across Indonesia)
