As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Performing customer‑facing and executive presence, coupled with strong relationship‑building skill
Experience with CRM sales tools such as Salesforce.com.
Understands Salesforce multi‑clouds, especially financial service cloud and integration knowledge on MuleSoft.
Demonstrate strong business insight and strategic sales skills.
Execute business strategy and planning.
Design/drive complex projects, programs, and processes at scale.
Exercise a strong consultative mindset and ability to uncover business challenges.
A holistic and detailed understanding of IT and how technology can accelerate business growth whilst also being vulnerable to security threats and breaches.
An understanding of strategy, industry, and market concepts (Banking and Insurance)
Lead, orchestrate, guide, mentor, and motivate, particularly in a diverse region.
Exhibit exceptional teamwork and collaborative style – ability to team with diverse markets, represent the challenges and collaborate with geography leaders.
About You
The qualified professional we seek is a Salesforce Architecture with these qualifications.
Degree holder (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines)
Minimum 10 years of Salesforce development, technical, and architecture experience.
Can drive the solutioning discussions, and comfortable building capability of their teams.
Must have strong business insight and strategic sales skills.
Has a strong understanding of Salesforce multi‑clouds, especially financial services cloud.
Excellent intellectual and analytical skills - ability to structure problem statements and be the catalyst for uncovering new ways to solve problems. Prior management consulting, business development, or strategy & planning experiences are desired.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to graphically represent new ideas and concepts to executive leaders.
Strong time management skills - ability to multitask.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, listening skills, ability to establish rapport and credibility over virtual engagements, and clearly articulate a value proposition.
Exceptional presentation skills; ability to effectively and energetically present to partners, customers, peers, and management.
Amenable to work in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia or Thailand.
