Operations Specialist (Product Enablement)

Responsibilities:
Design and develop conversational scripts and dialogue flows for AI/chatbot interactions.
Lead robot testing initiatives to ensure seamless functionality and identify potential issues.
Analyze robot performance metrics and implement optimizations for enhanced user experience.
Train and guide voice talent to ensure accurate script delivery and behavioral alignment with design intent.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree or equivalent; 1-3 years of experience in dialogue design, conversational AI, or related fields.
Experience in product operations within the tech industry, with familiarity in internet-based platforms and AI-driven solutions.
Prior call center experience (preferably in telemarketing or collections) is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong learning agility and proactive attitude toward innovation.
Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa and English/Mandarin.
