Project Manager

Lead nationwide RAN deployment projects across 2G–5G, coordinating multi-region teams and vendors to deliver high-quality network installations on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. Responsibilities

Lead nationwide RAN installation projects (2G/3G/4G/5G) from design to final acceptance. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate regional teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor project progress and manage risks and escalations. Prepare regular project reports for management and clients. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in RAN deployment, including managerial experience. Strong knowledge of RAN (2G–5G), transmission, and site infrastructure. Experience managing multi-region and multi-vendor projects. Strong leadership and communication skills.
