Provides a friendly and personalized welcome for guests Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have Answers the outlet telephone in friendly manner, gives information and promotes the outlets, takes reservation

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Attendant / Hostess Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English Good knowledge of F&B Service operation especially All Day Dining Restaurant Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
