Recruitment Staff

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Conduct psychological tests and other assessments to evaluate candidates.

Collaborate with user to identify hiring needs and workforce requirements.

Prepare reports on employee placement and fulfillment.

Coordinate with outsourcing and headhunter to fulfill recruitment needs.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles. Fresh graduate may be considered.

Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.

Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet research.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.

Willing to be placed at Citeureup, Bogor Regency.
