Requirements

1-3 years hands‑on experience as a business analyst.

Knowledge and experience of project phases.

Familiarity with creating documentation for projects (FSD / TSD / BRD, MOM, etc).

Strong understanding and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, Lean).

Familiarity with SQL.

Willingness to work on contract and onsite at Jakarta Utara.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and prepare project deliverables (BRD, MoM, etc).

Conduct discussion and requirement analysis with the business and implementers.

Act as a bridge between developer and client for technical issues, including gap requirements and recommendations for best solutions.

Review and monitor overall project objectives and timeline.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and facilitate escalation of issues.
