Operational Manager

Job Requirements

Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

At least 4 years of experience as Operational Manager in the F&B industry.

Well‑groomed and presentable.

Excellent understanding of all restaurant sections, including kitchen, bar, and service.

Customer‑oriented with hands‑on restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.

Good interpersonal skills with strong and innovative leadership, sales, and marketing.

Understanding of quality and restaurant operations.

Knowledge of inventory systems and maintaining the restaurant.

Strong managerial and communication skills.

Strong commitment to service excellence.

Job Description

Manage training of new staff in accordance with our service standards.

Lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate performance of team members.

Ensure the restaurant is well coordinated and meets monthly targets.

Create and implement marketing strategies within Toby’s Estate vision, values, and guidelines to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.

Monitor marketing and promotional activities at the store.

Study and track sales, controlling cost of goods, labour costs, and other restaurant expenses.

Execute all operations and services according to organizational SOPs and standards.

Open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of daily operations in the service division.

Strive for excellence in quality standards and innovate for significant growth of business and brand.
