and a key pillar in our monthly closing cycle? As an Accounting Staff , your primary challenge is to maintain the integrity of our financial data in a high-growth environment. You will be the frontline defender against recording errors, ensuring every transaction—from operational expenses to purchasing is backed by valid documentation and adheres strictly to internal policies and accounting standards. The core of this role lies in balancing

meticulous detail

with

strict deadlines ; you must ensure that daily records are flawless so that the monthly closing process runs seamlessly and is always audit-ready. What Your Day-to-Day Would Look Like

Execute the recording of financial transactions daily in accordance with company procedures and applicable accounting standards. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Purchasing, Sales) to collect, verify, and archive transaction documents systematically. Perform initial checks and verification of all financial data to minimize errors before submitting them for superior review. Prepare the necessary data and supporting documents to facilitate a timely monthly closing process and assist in generating internal financial reports. Manage and organize financial archives so they are easily traceable for both internal and external audit requirements. Work closely with the Finance, Procurement, and Tax departments to ensure consistency across the procure-to-pay and reporting cycles. Is This You?

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university. At least

1-2+ years

of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with previous experience in the Manufacturing or Electric Vehicle (EV) industry highly valued. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply! Strong command of financial accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS), especially related to Accounts Payable, and relevant Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 23, PPh 4(2)). Advanced skill in

Microsoft Excel

&

Google Suite

for complex reconciliation and analysis, and hands-on experience utilizing major

ERP systems

(SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.). Comprehensive understanding of

Letter of Credit (L/C)

mechanisms (UCP 600) and International Trade Finance documentation. Proven ability to manage cash flow planning, Petty Cash, Employee Cash Advances, and actively participate in the monthly closing process. Willingness to work full-time in an office setting (WFO) at our headquarters in Pasar Rebo, Jakarta, and ability to start immediately. What's your expected monthly basic salary?
