Career Development Opportunities such as gaining Toyota Material Handling Master Forklift Technician Certifications: Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Platinum
Your Daily Adventures as a Field Service Technician Include:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Toyota material handling equipment and all other makes of lift trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, etc.
Provide exceptional customer service and create lasting customer relationships
Ability to convey product knowledge and expertise
Maintain regular communication with service managers, parts department, and dispatchers to expedite repairs and service
Maintain timely and accurate accounting of labor hours, work orders, and parts used
Maintain a service van and its inventory
We're Excited to Meet Someone With:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training as a mechanic is a plus!
Automotive repair and/or technician experience working in material handling or other related industry
Strength to lift up to 75 lbs, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, and kneeling required
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
