Territory Manager

PURPOSE To create demand, promote and execute sales demand in designated areas as a contribution to achieving sales objectives and to support marketing programs and achieve the company's business goals. MAJOR TASKS Implement marketing and sales programs at the Channel Partner level (Retailer 1 & 2) and at the Farmer level. Directly interact through visits with customers/channel partners, farmers/key farmers, and also Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL). Teaching farmers to think economically in managing their land by learning ROI calculations, record-keeping, and monitoring from the planting season to the harvest season. Manage the budget smartly so that it aligns with the plan and maximizes sales. Regularly updating the market and activities. Monitoring stock of Distributor, Retailer 1 in the work area. Ensuring that the activities carried out by the team can attract customer stock by implementing the IPA concept. Ensuring the field team carries out programs and activities according to the plan that has been set. Creating reports on the overall implementation of sales and marketing programs in the targeted area. Carrying out collaboration with supporting squad units (FS, MD, CAC, BLF, T2F). Communicate effectively with the squad captain to discuss work plans, make reports, and evaluate the work that has been carried out.

Skills & Requirements DSO Behavior Graduate in chemical engineering/chemistry/pharmacy with 2 year experience in laboratory operation Knowledge of relevant Quality Management System Good leadership Able to communicate in English
