What you’ll be doing

Developing and maintaining successful partnerships with banking institutions to cross‑sell and promote our insurance products.

Providing expert advice and guidance to banking customers on our range of insurance solutions.

Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities to meet and exceed individual and team targets.

Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge.

Providing exceptional customer service and building long‑lasting relationships with our banking partners.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or bancassurance role within the insurance industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with banking partners and customers.

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
