Job Description
As an
Internal Audit Team , you will be responsible for assisting in planning and executing risk-based internal audits, reporting findings and recommendations, and monitoring follow-up actions with Business Units to ensure effective control and compliance.
What will you do?
Assist the Line Manager in developing the annual audit plan and audit procedures based on risk assessments of the company’s business processes.
Conduct audit examinations for all companies under Lemonilo.
Collect and analyze audit data to identify potential internal control weaknesses and potential violations that may cause losses to Lemonilo.
Document audit findings, including the completeness of data and supporting documents.
Prepare draft audit reports for discussion with the Line Manager.
Propose recommendations based on audit results to improve controls and compliance.
Clearly and convincingly communicate audit findings and recommendations to the relevant Business Units (BU), including discussing the action plans to be implemented.
Monitor agreed follow-up actions with the Business Units to ensure effective and timely implementation.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in internal or external audit; experience in the consumer goods industry is an advantage.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
Excellent data analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and other data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently with high initiative and minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking to identify issues from complex data.
Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with various levels of management.
High integrity and objectivity.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and consumer goods operational systems is a plus.
