Head of BD

Job Responsibilities : Participate in and implement the company's business strategy in English/Mandarin Region, formulate the company's derivatives business goals and implementation strategies. Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, and Global BD teams to optimize regional performance. Lead the regional channel expansion and KOL strategy implementation to achieve the full link from B-side business cooperation to C-user drainage. Drive trading volume and user acquisition through strategic influencer partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to promote brand awareness and trading activity. Manage KOL campaigns from negotiation to execution, ensuring strong ROI and measurable results. Job requirements: At least 1~2 years of regional business team management experience and 3~4 years or more of digital currency industry experience; Deep understanding of local crypto culture, user behavior, and market dynamics. Strong network with KOLs, media, and communities is highly preferred. Fluent in English and Chinese speaking is a plus. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize results.
