About the Role We’re seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP) Manager to lead all aspects of PK crushing plants to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) and Palm Kernel Expeller (PKE). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe operation, good production, maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet business objectives and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities Safe Operation of KCP adhere with Unilever Safety Standards and Critical Life Safety protocol Operational Management of KCP to achieve production targets and quality standards People Management within his team and Team Development Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring CoC within the target, and implement cost-control measures Drive OER (Oil Extraction Rate) improvement initiatives to enhance profitability Lead process optimization projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality To create digitalization and automation initiatives for process control improvements

Qualifications & Required Skills Willing to be relocated to Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera - Indonesia Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering Minimum 8–12 years in kernel crushing or similar operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of process engineering, maintenance management, and SHE standards Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Well versed in English both written or verbally
