Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all administrative processes related to vehicle production, importation, and distribution.
Coordinate production and documentation flow with subcontract manufacturing partners.
Ensure compliance with all ATPM-related regulations including homologation, TPT, import licensing, and import & export regulations.
Prepare and control documentation for vehicle distribution to dealers nationwide.
Coordinate with government institutions (Kemenperin, Bea Cukai, etc.) and ensure all regulatory documents are updated.
Manage reporting, invoicing, and administrative audits in alignment with company SOP and ERP systems.
Lead and develop the administration team to ensure operational excellence across functions.
Requirements
Minimum
Bachelorโs Degree
in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
7+ years
of experience in administration within
Automotive ATPM / Manufacturing Industry / Group Dealer . (REQUIRED)
Strong understanding of CKD/SKD processes, supply chain documentation, import & export regulations, and regulatory compliance.
Familiar with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and cross-department coordination.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
