Sales Admin

About As a Sales Admin at PT Karang Mas Sejahtera, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, where you will contribute to the company's success by providing administrative and customer service support.

What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain sales records, databases, and reports

Process customer orders and liaise with the finance team on invoicing and payments

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing customer concerns

Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as proposals and presentations

Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

Minimum Diploma degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proven administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a team.

Knowledge of customer service best practices.

Willingness to be placed in Jimbaran, Bali.
