Finance Accounting Staff

Qualifications Language:

Fluency in English, both spoken and written (proficiency in basic Mandarin will be considered an advantage). Applications without English proficiency will not be considered.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and/or taxation (prior accounting experience is preferred).

Technical Skill:

Proficient in Accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Spreadsheet.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting (accounting) standards, national tax laws, and compliance regulations.

Soft Skill:

Excellent numerical sensitivity, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good responsibility and professional integrity.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct daily accounting tasks, prepare journal vouchers, and maintain and reconcile ledgers.

Prepare financial statements and management reports to ensure data is accurate and reliable.

Assist in daily payment and reimbursement processes.

Support budget preparation, cost accounting, and financial analysis.

Maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients from a financial perspective.

Collaborate with tax advisors to handle tax‑related matters and ensure compliance with regulations.
